IT Resiliency and Recovery. I lead the yearly update of the global business resiliency policy and sit on the Crisis Management Team during live incidents.
- Serve as liaison to regulators during internal audits and external exams.
- Built executive dashboards and KPI and OKR frameworks for resilience posture.
- Translate recovery requirements into clear specs for core business applications.
